USES:Mix with sanded cement grouts in place of water per grout manufacturer's use directions in indoor and outdoor applications. For superior results, use with TEC Accu-color Sanded Grouts.

General Guidelines: Read entire label before using.

Sanded Grout: Use 70 ounces of Grout Boost Advanced Pro to 25 pounds of sanded grout. If adding to less than 25 pounds of sanded grout add approximately 2.8 ounces per pound of sanded grout.

Storage and Shelf Life: Store in a cool, dry location. Do not store in direct sunlight. Shelf Life - 12 months from the date of manufacture in unopened package. Once opened, store any unused product in a sealed container and use within 6 months.

Instructions: For a full 25 lb bag of sanded grout, shake well before using. Pour entire Grout Boost Advanced Pro additive container contents into a clean mixing bucket, then slowly add entire bag of grout powder as described in the Packaging section. Mix well. Allow to sit in container for 10 minutes, then mix again. Install grout according to grout manufacturer's instructions. To help ensure color consistency across the entire installation, use the same liquid to grout proportions when using multiple containers for the same job.

Note: Some experienced tile installers may desire a particular grout consistency. In this case, start with approximately 3/4 of the full container of Grout Boost Advanced Pro additive. Continue to add in more Grout Boost Advanced Pro additive until the desired consistency is achieved. If all the Grout Boost Advanced Pro product is added and additional liquid is still required to achieve the desired consistency, up to 4 ounces of clean cool water can be added to the 70 oz. container. Mixture should be easy to spread, but not pourable. If mixing a half bag of grout, mix to consistency described previously, which should be approximately half of the recommended container size described in the Packaging section.

Clean Up: For clean up, refer to grout manufacturer's instructions. Grout Boost Advanced Pro additive will not change the clean up process as specified by the grout manufacturer. Allow grout to cure a minimum of 10 days or per grout manufacturer's instructions, whichever is longer, before starting routine cleaning (such as mopping).

Protection: Protect the finished installation from traffic or impact for at least 24 hours; from water immersion or freezing for at least 10 days or per grout manufacturer's instructions, whichever is longer. No need to seal grout. Clean up spills immediately upon occurrence. If a stain remains after initial cleanup, follow the recommended cleaning procedures provided at www.groutboost.com.

Maintenance: Grout Boost Advanced Pro stain resistant grout additive repels dirt and resists stains. However, routine cleaning using a PH neutral cleaner such as liquid dishwashing soap for everyday cleaning is recommended. For grease and soap scum, use an alkaline cleaner. For hard water deposits and other inorganic stains, use an acid based cleaner. Some floor cleaning processes such as damp mopping can deposit dirt residue in the grout joint. It is recommended that mop water is removed from the grout surface as well as the tile before it dries.

Warranty. H.B. Fuller Construction Products Inc. (HBF-CP) offers a 20 year limited warranty on this product when installed in accordance with HBF-CP's printed specifications and applicable industry standards and building codes. HBF-CP warrants to the original owner that the product will be free from manufacturing defects, will resist stains and will not deteriorate under normal use for 20 years from date of manufacture. Date manufactured is located on the bottom of the container. This limited warranty does not cover general wear and tear of the grout, and does not eliminate the need for routine maintenance and cleaning of the grout. This limited warranty covers claims resulting from a Grout Boost Advance Pro additive manufacturing defect. Note: All Portland cement based products, including grout, have the potential for efflorescence and color shading which is not considered a manufacturing defect. For any valid Grout Boost Advance Pro additive claim, HBF-CP may, at its sole option, do any one or more of the following: (1) supply the owner with labor and materials necessary to repair or replace the specific portion of the installation that is proven to be defective; (2) replace the Grout Boost Advance Pro additive; and/or (3) refund the purchase price of the Grout Boost Advance Pro additive. Labor and materials provided during a replacement will not extend the original limited warranty period. Due to tile, stone and grout color availability, HBF-CP cannot guarantee an exact match to the specific tile, stone or grout used for the installation. HBF-CP will not pay more for the replacement of the installation than the original per square foot purchase price of the portion being replaced, including labor and materials. EXCLUSIONS. HBF-CP is not responsible for normal wear and tear resulting from usage, structural failure, misuse of product or workmanship not in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and the applicable industry standards. WARRANTIES DISCLAIMED. THE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE IS IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED TO THE EXTENT OF THE LAW. HBF-CP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS OR LIMITS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES. THE REPAIR/REPLACEMENT/REFUND REMEDY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY REMEDY AGAINST HBF-CP AVAILABLE TO OWNER OR TO ANY OTHER PARTY. IN NO EVENT WILL HBF-CP BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED TO THE PRODUCT(S), NOR PAY DAMAGES IN ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF THE PORTION BEING REPLACED, INCLUDING MATERIALS AND LABOR. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. WARRANTY CLAIMS.
